We have used Airik Lenz of Premier Home Upgrades for the past few years and he has managed to give us the home of our dreams. We actually can’t believe it’s the same house, thank you again! Just to let you know how satisfied we are for the renovation that you accomplished on our en suite bathroom. Not only was your work done to perfection but the suggestions that you made – when considering our plans – were undoubtedly for the better.

We have a 25 year old home that was in dire need of upgrading and many repairs required. It was time to dive right in. Visiting our home on a daily basis, we were able to see the transformation we had envisioned prior to commencing. The extent of the work involved the removal of walls, resurfacing all the floors, (main floor and second floor) remodeling the kitchen, family room and 3 washrooms (powder room, main washroom and master ensuite). Mike and I want to thank you very much. We are very impressed with the professional, high quality work you performed on our home. You went over and above by working along side with several other contractors such as kitchen cabinet installation and the contractor who smoothed out our ceilings as well as providing an excellent electrician for all our electrical work. Again, very professional and excellent quality workmanship. We have already recommended your services to several of our friends, family and neighbors and will continue do so in the future. In fact, when it comes time to renovate our basement, you will be the first phone call!
